今年は、早い暑さの訪れや長く続く高温、雨の少なさや急な豪雨など、季節のリズムが大きく揺れた一年でした。
そんな中でも、畑や田んぼ、お茶畑や果樹園で、その時々にできる工夫を重ねながら実りをつないできたつくり手たちがいます。
気候の変化、鳥獣被害の有無、現地で工夫したこと、消費者のみなさんへ伝えたいこと、そして来年に向けた思い。 質問を通して、それぞれの一年を振り返っていただいています。

例年より高温が続き、海水温や川の温度にもはっきりとした変化を感じた一年でした。天然魚のみで商品づくりを行っているため、漁の状況や魚価の変動に大きく左右され、仕入れの難しさも増しています。そうした環境の中でも、食べてみたいと思ってもらえるものを届けたいと考え、素材と向き合いながら次につながる商品づくりを続けています。

夏に豪雨災害が起こり、土砂崩れが相次いで流通が一時止まる状況となりました。発送再開まで時間を要しましたが、遠方のお客様から寄せられた心配の声や「注文することで応援します」という言葉は、大きな支えになりました。自然災害は避けられない部分もありますが、現状を伝え、理解を得ながら営みを続けていくことの大切さを改めて感じた一年でした。
